Suitable for Cotton fabric, 50/50 blends, and other similar fabrics.

Heat Press: 300F |12-15 seconds |Medium Pressure |Peel hot

(**I found that for our heat press here at the store, 8-10 seconds with medium pressure and parchment paper worked best.)

**I would not recommend layering

Washing Instructions:
Wash inside-out. Tumble dry low. No dry cleaning or bleach
