Heat instructions:

Iron: place a towel over when heating with medium pressure and press for 20 seconds.

Heath press: 300 F cover with Teflon or parchment paper with light pressure for 7-10 seconds(if it does not stick press an additional 7-10 seconds until it is securely stuck)

Applying htv : heat press 300F for 7-10 seconds
